Purpose Bootcamp for Professionals
Your Identity, Your Why, Your Impact

2020 was a roller coaster that none of us could have predicted. Amidst the challenges we’ve all faced, it can be easy to lose sight of your purpose, the deeply personal and foundational values that motivate you and define who you are.

The way we see it? This means that 2021 has the potential to be a year of powerful growth and evolution. Taking inventory of who you are, what you’re passionate about, and how you want to show up personally and professionally is the first step towards living in alignment with your purpose. Embracing your authentic self will allow you to act with confidence and conviction and build the foundation for a fulfilling career and bold life. Now is the time to make some transformative moves.

How can you derive more meaning from your life and your work? How can you make an even greater impact? Cultivating and (re)claiming your purpose will bring clarity, inspiration, and intention. The work looks different for everyone, but with an experienced facilitator as your guide and a powerful cohort as your support system, you’ll find the process and path that works for you.

Ready to uncover your why?

You should join us if:

  • You’re an early to mid-career professional, all sectors and industries welcome*

  • You’re excited by the idea of continuing or jump-starting your own purpose journey

  • You’re craving a supportive and energizing network of diverse people to explore your purpose in community

  • You’re not feeling fully satisfied with your professional or personal life

  • You’re looking for ways to derive more meaning from your professional or personal life

  • You’re seeking ways to tap into your authentic self

  • You’re ready to make a greater impact and contribute more fully to the world

  • You’re navigating a life transition or considering your next step

*Note: This is targeted to a cohort of professionals across a range of industries. Educators are welcome to join this bootcamp, but we highly recommend our Cultivate Your Purpose: Immersive Educator Bootcamp instead, as it will be more directly relevant to your work with young people.

When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.
— Audre Lorde

Purpose matters for us as humans.

We know that purpose is a fundamental root of success that has been connected to numerous dimensions of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. And yet, only 50% of adults have a clear sense of their purpose in life. Adults with a strong understanding of their why, their strengths, and their motivations experience greater life satisfaction and resiliency. Purpose is a foundational aspect of one’s healthy self-identity formation, and ultimately influences our relationships with ourselves, with others, and with the world.

Purpose matters for us as professionals.

A successful company has a mission statement that’s used to set goals, steer decisions, determine direction, and evaluate impact. And yet, most of us walk around without a personal mission statement of our own. Centering your work around your values and strengths makes you 3 times more likely to feel connected to your purpose. You are more innovative and more confident at work, leading to greater well-being, professional success, and financial growth — you’re even better equipped to handle stress and anxiety. Big things come your way when you’re able to connect to your purpose.

Reflect deeply

Taking a step back to assess your life with honesty, intention, and compassion is the bravest thing you can do. Through deep inner and outer reflection and action, you’ll connect with your true self and develop a greater awareness of your strengths, your core values, what brings you joy, and how you want to make a difference. You’ll take with you a road map for living your life with purpose.

BUILD YOUR COMMUNITY

We’re better at doing our jobs and doing life when we have a support system to lean on. You’ll be a part of a community that will push you, motivate you, hold you accountable, and celebrate you. You’ll find joy in the work and inspiration in your peers. When you feel drained, a safe community of like-minded peers can be the difference between burnout and just a bad day.

STRATEGIZE WITH PURPOSE

Once you clarify your purpose, your work is to live more purposefully. Your purpose becomes your North Star helping you navigate work and life. Together, we’ll move from reflection to strategy to action, both honoring the journey and planning for a future aligned with your authentic self. You’ll chart your way forward with intention, identifying how you‘ll contribute to the world and have a greater impact.
